Frequently Asked Questions - ELECTRA Dispenser

MEMO'S professional technical support staff has compiled the following list of the most frequently asked questions.

The key pad reads "waiting on lister." Why?

Follow these steps:

1. On the printer that prints your reports; check to see that both green lights are illuminated.


2. Power off the money order printer box first. The switch is located on the right side of the box.


3. Next power off on the star printer. The switch for the star printer is on the back of the printer.


4. Check to make sure all cables to the money order dispenser are connected tightly.


5. Power on the money order printer box and wait 10 seconds before powering on the star printer.


6. Your key pad screen should read enter passcode if all steps were followed correctly.


7. If the key pad screen does not read enter passcode, please repeat these steps.
