Frequently Asked Questions - ELECTRA Dispenser

MEMO'S professional technical support staff has compiled the following list of the most frequently asked questions.

Reports are not printing. Why?

Follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the two green lights are illuminated on your star printer.

  2. If the two green lights are illuminated on the star printer, then power off the money order printer box, located on the right hand side.

  3. Next, unplug all cables to the money order dispenser.

  4. Reconnect all cables to the money order dispenser.

  5. Power on the money order printer and attempt to print a report again.
