Bill Payment Terms, Conditions & Restrictions
- Bill payments should be credited within
3-5 business days.
- MEMO will not be responsible for any incorrect
information.
- You agree to release and hold MEMO harmless and MEMO shall
have no liability for any obligations, liabilities or damages to you (including,
without limitation, damages as a result of late fees, service interruptions and
cancellations) that may arise in connection with your payment.
- You also agree that MEMO shall not be liable to you for any consequential, special,
indirect, and incidental or punitive damages.
- MEMO charges a records maintenance fee of $2.00 per month, of
such letter amount as may be permitted by law, from the date of initial
transaction. The maintenance fee will be imposed if MEMO cannot refund the
money it received for the payment of any bill within one (1) year from the date
of initial transaction, or such other time as required by law. The
maintenance fee is subject to change without notice. MEMO charges a fee
for additional services, including but not limited to researching payment
information, refunding payments, or reapplying payments.
