  Dwight Cromer
SECRETARY/TREASURER, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Dwight  Cromer is the corporate Secretary/Treasurer and the Chief Financial Officer of Merchants Express Money Order Company, Inc. (MEMO) and its subsidiaries, providers of money orders,  walk-in bill payment services, EBT, and debit and credit card processing. He directs the financial investment strategies, accounting, budget process, credit and collections functions and works closely with licensing and AML compliance. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining the banking relationships and oversees the audit process. As the Chief Financial Officer, Dwight is the company liaison for tax planning, insurance, benefits, retirement plans and legal consultation. Additionally, he leads the overall Human resource functions.

Dwight started his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen in Washington, DC, where he obtained his accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant. For the past thirty-five years he was employed as a controller for two Central Pennsylvania companies. 

After coaching high school basketball for eight years, he has for the last fifteen years been both the clock operator and official scorekeeper for basketball, soccer, and volleyball at Northern York County High School.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Dwight currently resides in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife.
